		<description>Hi,

This great but I am a bit confused about the keytab. I am trying to setup a apache server that would have some pages protected by kerberos identification.
I do not have access to the kerberos server but all of our clients are using kerberos and this how we log to our ubuntu boxes. So I figured that installing mod-auth-kerb on a client machine running an apache server would be easy.
Well I am getting "failed to verify krb5 credentials: Server not found in Kerberos database" in the auth.log

And the reason is that I don't have any keytab on my clients. I do not understand what this file is and what it does. I just know I can log in without it and get the proper credentials from the kerberos server (i.e. kinit klist work fine).

If anyone reading this blog could point me in the right direction that'll be great.

Cheers,</description>
